Mileage on the odometer shows 384,000, however a new engine was installed 68,000 miles ago.  This vehicle was used daily in a Limousine company and has been exceptionally maintained. This vehicle has a smooth shifting automatic transmission. This V8 4.6 Liter engine is mechanically sound and can be driven anywhere with confidence. The electrical and optional equipment on this vehicle has been checked to insure that it is all in working condition and the exterior lighting has recently been replaced. This vehicle has no known defects - it is super. Clean is a great way to describe both the Black interior and Black exterior of this automobile. This is a very well maintained vehicle. Some minor wear around cassette player.  The only reason we are forced to sell this fine machine is to make room for our newer fleet.  No dents or scratches to mention.  Just normal wear for a 1997 Limo that has been well maintained.

Payment Methods
Cash, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Shipping/Pick-Up
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.  We do prefer you to pick the vehicle up yourself so the paper work can be filled out at a local notary, but other arrangements can be made.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Please be advised that used vehicles may have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending and placing your bid. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. This vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Notice to eBay Auction Bidders

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
