Some traditional favorites include the Grilled Flat Iron
Steak which is brushed with a Smokey bacon & bourbon BBQ sauce. Served over creamy garlic blue cheese mashed potatoes or the Roasted Free Range Chicken that is stuff with baby spinach & Cotswald cheese and served over a Cabernet Sauvignon sauce. If you’re looking for something lighter, you may enjoy the Quesadillas. Slow roasted pulled
pork & pepper jack cheese served on a grilled tomato-basil tortilla then garnished with fresh sour cream, tomato & scallions. The Bistro on the Green offers a wide variety of appetizers to select from. Delicacies like some of which are Bacon Wrapped Jumbo Shrimp. Baked with a honey mustard glaze & served with a creamy horseradish sauce.
The Tempura Shrimp & Fresh Vegetables are fried in a spicy tempura batter & served with a sweet & sour dipping sauce. Our Baked Brie en Croute comes garnished with fresh fruit & Melba toast with a raspberry balsamic drizzle. For those who can not decide, the Bistro’s Appetizer Sampler includes baked clams casino, steamed colossal lump
crab & a shrimp vegetable crispy spring roll. We also have the freshest Sushi with over a dozen choices between Maki and Nigiri.
If you are looking for something more casual, join us at the 19th Hole Pub and unwind with a drink and something from our Lite Menu. We offer a wide selection of both domestic and imported beer as well as a lager drink selection. Happy hour is weekdays from 4 to 6 PM.
